Abstract
The epigenome plays a critical role in the biology of cancer and drugs that target various epigenetic regulators are increasingly entering clinical use. The past decade has witnessed an unprecedented expansion in our capacity to analyze epigenetic changes during cancer progression and in response to therapy. In this chapter, we review key technologies that can be applied to profile various aspects of chromatin biology and discuss concepts and considerations for data interpretation.
